At Conscious Connections Counseling, we take pride in being a dedicated team of counselors committed to delivering exceptional mental health care. Our primary goal is to support our clients through counseling sessions and, when necessary, connect them with appropriate referrals. We firmly believe that establishing a genuine connection with your counselor plays a pivotal role in the therapeutic journey, which is why many individuals begin with our professinal mental health counseling to find the right therapeutic fit.
If, for any reason, you don’t feel that connection with your CCC counselor, we are more than happy to provide you with referrals to other professionals who may be better suited to meet your specific needs. Your well-being is of utmost importance to us, and we want nothing more than for you to find a counselor who resonates with you, ensuring that you receive the highest quality of care you deserve.
LCSW, CST – Founder
Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, feeling stuck in self-doubt, or simply disconnected from who you are, therapy can help you reconnect with your inner voice and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. I work with people who are motivated to make changes but aren’t quite sure where to start. If you’re ready to do the work—and can appreciate a little humor along the way—you’ll fit right in.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Sex Therapist who helps clients untangle stress, rebuild self-trust, and reconnect with what matters most. My sessions are collaborative and client-led, but I’ll also help you build a roadmap and ask the kinds of questions that spark insight and growth. I believe you already have the answers within you. My job is to help you hear them more clearly.
My style is affirming, down-to-earth, and warm, with a healthy dose of real talk. I’m sex-positive and LGBTQIA+ affirming, and I welcome all parts of you into the therapy space. You don’t have to have it all figured out—you just need to be ready to begin.
Outside of the therapy room, you can find me exploring estate sales, crocheting, seeing live music, or spending time with family and friends. What makes me smile most? Watching my three boys enjoy life and grow into amazing people.
LPC -Bilingual Spanish Speaking
I work with teens and adults of all genders, and I specialize in helping women reclaim their sense of self and challenge the emotional, relational, and societal patterns that may be holding them back. Whether you’re feeling stuck in self-doubt or simply ready for something to shift, I’m here to support you in finding your voice and stepping into your power.
In sessions, I show up as a fellow human first—someone who listens without judgment, asks thoughtful questions, and helps you gently challenge patterns that no longer serve you. You can expect a space that is safe, affirming, and rooted in respect for your lived experience. My approach often includes narrative therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and culturally responsive practices that honor your values.
Wherever you are in your journey, I’ll meet you there—with warmth, honesty, and encouragement for whatever comes next.
LSW – Bilingual Spanish Speaking
As a therapist, I strive to create a space where every client—whether a child, teen, or adult—feels seen, heard, and supported. My style is compassionate and down-to-earth, and I work hard to build a warm, welcoming environment where you (or your child) can feel safe expressing thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you’re not alone. I meet each client where they are and walk alongside them through the process with empathy, care, and encouragement. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, family stress, or school challenges, I’m here to help.
I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, Play Therapy, strength-based approaches, and Family Systems work. This allows me to tailor therapy to your unique needs while helping build self-awareness, resilience, and practical tools for managing life’s ups and downs.
No two people are the same, which is why I believe in a personalized, collaborative approach to healing. Together, we’ll create a trusting relationship that encourages exploration, growth, and emotional well-being—for children, teens, and adults alike.
LPC – Bilingual Hindi, Gujarati, and Urdu.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping you feel like your best, most authentic self. As a South Asian woman with ADHD, I understand how important it is to feel seen and understood in therapy—especially when your experiences or identity haven’t always been reflected in the mental health field.
I work with individuals from all backgrounds and strive to create a safe, compassionate, and affirming space where you can show up fully as yourself. I have a particular passion for supporting those navigating cultural identity, family expectations, and the experience of feeling caught between different worlds, while also welcoming anyone seeking thoughtful, personalized care.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in empathy, respect, and humor. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, build practical tools, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
I support clients with a range of concerns, with specialties in neurodivergence, OCD, couples counseling, eating disorder recovery, and grief. My work integrates evidence-based approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy, and Gestalt therapy.
I believe therapy should be accessible, inclusive, and empowering for everyone. I offer services in English, Gujarati, and Hindi, and I can also provide counseling in Urdu.

When you work with me, you can expect curiosity, insight, and empathy in every session. My approach draws from multiple modalities but is always client-centered, strengths-based, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re processing the past, facing current challenges, or looking to improve your relationships, we’ll work together to create a path forward that feels meaningful and relevant to your life.
I work with teens, adults, and couples on a variety of concerns, including mental health issues, life stressors, relationship difficulties, and challenges at school or work. As a proud AuDHD person, I understand how relationships, situations, and school or work environments can sometimes feel confusing or overwhelming. If you are a neurodivergent teen or adult, or are in a neurodiverse relationship, I can help you find ways to navigate life that make sense for you. I am also passionate about supporting people impacted by trauma and will walk alongside you as you process, explore, learn, heal, and grow. As an LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent-affirming provider, I strive to create a space that is safe, accepting, and affirming, where all aspects of your identity are honored and valued.
I bring lived experience, honesty, and humor into the therapeutic space. Healing is hard work, but you don’t have to do it alone. My goal is to help you build on your strengths, release unhelpful narratives, and move toward a more connected, authentic, and fulfilling life.
