As a therapist, I bring a quirky spin to professionalism and show up as my authentic self. I specialize in anxiety and ADHD, and really enjoy working alongside my clients to help understand their 'whys' while offering practical tools for everyday stressors (drawing from CBT, ACT, & DBT).

I am overwhelmingly passionate about helping people fall back in love with themselves and their lives by tackling pesky obstacles, working with anxious spirals, understanding emotions, and making the realistic changes they crave. Together, we’ll navigate the tough stuff, celebrate victories in-between, and make tomorrow look, feel, and be different.

I bring my authentic (nerdy) self to every session and encourage my clients to do the same. Traditional therapy methods don’t always work for everyone, so I incorporate what you're passionate about—whether it’s art, video games, music, or something else—to make therapy engaging and meaningful for you.
